Why it is important:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To ensure that an investment strategy remains stable in the long term, the composition of the wikifolios is regularly reviewed and adjusted. This procedure is called Rebalancing<\/strong>. The original weightings of the individual components are restored if they have shifted due to price movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if shares rise sharply in value, they automatically take up more space in the portfolio. During rebalancing, some of these gains are realised and reallocated to other asset classes. This keeps the risk in balance and the strategy retains its original focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
