3. storage and deletion

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the provision of services, the fulfilment of legal obligations or the assertion of or defence against claims. As soon as the purpose no longer applies, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

Snowplow Analytics

Snowplow Analytics is used for the anonymous collection of usage data. No personal profiles are created.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is only used with active consent. IP anonymisation is activated. Data may be transferred to the USA (standard contractual clauses).

9. external content and services

Google Web Fonts

Google Web Fonts are used for the standardised display of fonts. Local integration is recommended so that no data is transferred to Google.

Further external content

Embedded content (e.g. videos, maps, social media posts) may transmit data to the respective provider. Please note the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

10. language processing, date formatting, share function & push notifications

a) Automatic language recognition & date formatting

The website recognises the language setting transmitted by the browser (Accept-Language header) in order to automatically display content and dates in the appropriate language. This information is not saved, not linked and not used for profiling. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

b) Manual language selection

When using the language switcher, the selected language is processed exclusively via the URL (e.g. /en/). It will be No personal data stored. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

c) Share function (Web Share API)

The website uses the browser's native sharing function. Thereby no data is transferred to the website or third parties. The function takes place entirely locally on the device. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

d) Push notifications (only in the Mueckinvest app)

Push notifications are sent exclusively via the Mueckinvest app not via the website. Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google Ireland Ltd.) is used for delivery.

Push notifications are only after explicit consent within the app is activated. An anonymous, device-specific push token is generated and transmitted to Firebase. The token is used exclusively for the technical delivery of notifications.

Firebase may transfer data to the USA. Processing takes place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

11. use of Mueckinvest AI (artificial intelligence)

I provide an interactive AI function („Mueckinvest AI“) on my website and in the Mueckinvest AI app. Users can enter questions and receive automated answers. The AI is exclusively for general information and educational purposes and provides No financial advice represent.

Which data is processed

The following data is processed when using AI:

  • Input from the user (Question or message)
  • Technical metadata, e.g. time of the request, browser or device information, shortened IP address
  • Internal system data, required for technical operation (e.g. error logs, safety mechanisms)

I expressly request this, No personal data into the input field.

Transfer to OpenAI (USA)

To process the requests I use the service OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA). The texts entered are transmitted to OpenAI in order to generate a suitable response.

Any further use of the data by me does not take place.

Legal basis of the processing

The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest is to provide users with a modern, efficient and helpful information function.

Storage duration

The questions you enter will only be stored for as long as is necessary to answer them:

  • the technical provision,
  • the stability of the function,
  • quality assurance and
  • the further development of AI

is required. A Permanent personal storage does not take place.

No automated decisions in the legal sense

The AI generates automated responses, but these are No decisions with legal effect met. It takes place No profiling instead.

The AI only provides general information. It replaces No individual financial advice, No tax advice and No legal advice.

mueckinvest.de uses industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The transmission of sensitive data is encrypted (SSL/TLS).

13. minors

This offer is aimed exclusively at persons of legal age. Use by minors is only permitted with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

14. data transfer outside the EEA

Personal data is only transferred to third countries if an adequate level of data protection is ensured in accordance with Art. 45 et seq. GDPR is ensured (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
