FAQ - Frequently asked questions

1. general information on Wikifolios

What is a wikifolio?

A wikifolio is a publicly accessible model portfolio created by a trader or investor. It reflects a specific investment strategy - for example, broadly diversified via ETFs or focussed on specific topics such as technology or sustainability. Investors can participate in the performance via an exchange-traded certificate. 👉 In short, a wikifolio is a „public model portfolio“ that transparently maps an investment strategy.

What is a Wikifolio certificate?

A wikifolio certificate tracks the performance of a wikifolio 1:1. It is issued by an issuer and can be traded like a security via a broker.

What is an umbrella wikifolio?

An umbrella wikifolio does not invest directly in shares or ETFs, but in several wikifolios at the same time. In short: an umbrella wikifolio combines several ideas and provides additional diversification.

What is the difference between a wikifolio and an umbrella wikifolio?
